June 25, 2016

Day 42/56 #22MinuteHardCorps. Clawed my way through Resistance 3 even though I'm still sick and feeling quite weak. Still 0 weights on Split Lunge Thrusts, but tried 5 lb weight on Mountain Squats for the first time. Week 6 done, tomorrow is a rest day. YAY!

Day 38/56 #22MinuteHardCorps. Powered through Resistance 3 with a runny nose, sore throat, and low energy. I don't know how I'm going to make it through Cardio tomorrow! 😳

Day 31/56 #22MinuteHardCorps. Oh My GAH — Resistance 3 is BRUTAL! Still can't do Split Lunge Thrusts or Mountain Squats with weights yet, but I *did* do 5s today on the Arm Balance Row. Thankfully the workout ends early and there's a nice long cooldown. 🙄

Day 21/56 #22MinuteHardCorps. First time doing Resistance 3, so chose to do it with no weights to minimize injury. When the choice is between not getting injured vs getting strong fast, I'm always gonna choose not getting injured! Because pressing play every day means I need to stay healthy. Strength will come soon enough. I'm in this for life!
